Local Delivery

All items ordered will be mailed out within 7-14 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays) upon verification of payment, unless it is specially labelled as "READY STOCK". "READY STOCK" items will take 3-4 working days to be mailed out.

If the order consists of a combination of "READY STOCK" items and non-"READY STOCK" items, then the parcel will only be shipped when all items have arrived from the supplier. 

It might take longer than 14 working days if there is any unforeseenable delay caused by supplier's production speed, logistics delay and so on. In this case, we will inform customers via email. 

All local orders will be shipped using KEX/ABX Express.

UPDATE FOR CNY 2026: Our order cut-off date for CNY orders are 22/1 for West Malaysia & Singapore and 18/1 for East Malaysia. Orders made after this date are not guaranteed arrival before CNY and CANNOT be CANCELLED or REFUNDED. Orders made after the date will only arrive by end of March.

For West Malaysia shipping addresses, the postage fee imposed would be RM8, whereas for East Malaysia addresses, the postage fee would be RM12. Customers who purchased above RM150 in a single order will be entitled to free postage.  

P/S: As our items are mainly preorder based, there are chances that the item ordered is discontinued by our supplier after the order is placed without prior notice.

International Delivery

For customers from Singapore: 

International Delivery is available via SF Express and it takes 10-20 working days to be mailed out, excluding weekends and public holidays, upon verification of payment, unless it is specially labelled as "READY STOCK". "READY STOCK" items will take 2-3 working days to be mailed out. 

If the order consists of a combination of "READY STOCK" items and non-"READY STOCK" items, then the parcel will only be shipped when all items have arrived from the supplier. 

RM30 flat rate for all Singapore orders with tracking number provided, free shipping for orders above $150 (RM465)

For customers from Hong Kong, Taiwan, Australia, China:

International Delivery is available via Aramex (10-20 working days)
